TFS Build and .Net 4.0

Hello All,

I currently have a Build Process using TFS 2008. All my projects are .Net 3.5. However, I added a new project that uses .Net framework 4.0. How I add this solution as part of the build process and have Team Build 2008 build my project?

 Can I somehow configure the build definition to use Team Build 2010 agent in Team Build 2008?
